Kabuki Grilled Scallops

OVEN

  1. Defrost scallop. Preheat oven to 180°C – fan forced grill

  2. Lay shell on oven tray and put scallop on shell

  3. Grill in preheated oven for 5 mins or until scallops are cooked (they shrink abit and look slightly dry)

  4. Remove tray from oven, turn scallop over, return tray into the oven and grill for another 5 mins

  5. Remove tray from oven, remove excess water from scallop (with kitchen paper).

  6. Dress sauce on top of scallop (Be careful not to overflow) and return tray into oven

  7. Grill for 8 mins or until lightly golden brown. You will start to hear the Sizzle!

  8. Ready to Serve :)
